Sales Agents & Brokers
In our industry, brokers typically work with commission rates of 1-2% on generated and paid turnover. At KTC, however, we take a different approach. We value brokers as long-term partners, and as such, we do not impose limits on their commissions. For instance, we have had cases in 2024 where brokers earned nearly €10,000 on a couple hundred thousand in paid turnover—an exceptional outcome we are proud to support.
At KTC, if a broker helps us achieve the desired price for a product, they are rewarded accordingly, even if it results in an 8% commission or more. We often say that paying brokers €1,000,000 in commissions would make us happy, because it reflects the success and growth we are achieving together. We encourage brokers to reach out and explore potential cooperation.
Producers
In today’s globalized world, it’s increasingly common for producers from overseas to seek partners for distributing their products in Europe. If you’re a producer interested in selling full container loads to Europe while keeping stock in The Netherlands for smaller-scale distribution as needed, please get in touch. Together, we can explore various partnership and distribution strategies tailored to the European market.
Service Providers
We believe in the power of collaboration over competition. Our service providers aren’t rivals for the same clients, which is why we offer long-term partnership schemes where both sides benefit from client referrals and increased turnover. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)
At KTC, we are committed to giving back. We currently donate 5% of our monthly gross profit to NGOs that support meaningful causes. However, as a busy organization, we don’t always have the time to thoroughly over NGOs. That’s where you come in. We invite anyone to recommend NGOs, particularly those involved in food-related initiatives and supporting people in need. Please contact us with your recommendations, and we can explore how we might contribute.
Reducing Food Waste
As active participants in the global food supply chain, we see the urgent need for collaboration in reducing food waste. We are always open to ideas, initiatives, and partnerships from others working in this critical space.
