KTC BV at PLMA Amsterdam 2025: Expanding Knowledge, Partnerships, and Possibilities
On May 20–21, 2025, KTC BV proudly participated in the PLMA “World of Private Label” International Trade Show, held at the RAI Exhibition Centre in Amsterdam — a landmark event that brought the global private label industry together under one roof.
KTC BV was represented by our General Manager, Gasper Marusa, who spent two intensive days actively engaging with both long-standing contacts and potential new partners. The event offered not only a platform to showcase our ingredient portfolio — including desiccated coconut, nuts, dried fruits, seeds, and pulses — but also an opportunity to better understand the evolving needs of the market.

A Meeting Point of Manufacturers & Retailers
This year’s edition was the largest yet, with over 3,100 exhibiting companies from more than 75 countries and 32,000+ visitors representing 125 countries. The halls of the RAI were buzzing with the energy of professionals from every corner of the retail and food sectors — from sourcing managers and importers to innovators and brand developers — all gathered to explore trends, foster new relationships, and shape the future of private label.
Beyond the Exhibition Floor
This year, PLMA Amsterdam 2025 featured a series of highly focused seminars and sessions, covering key themes such as:
-
Strategic Partnership & Creation of Mutual Value
-
Modern Procurement & Long-Term Success
-
Upcoming Mega & Micro Trends

These sessions offered fresh insights into emerging industry standards and gave participants like KTC BV valuable context for anticipating what comes next. Attendees and speakers alike brought forward challenges, ideas, and solutions — turning the show into a true forum for collaborative growth and innovation.
“It’s clear that private label continues to evolve rapidly — and PLMA gives us the visibility and context we need to respond strategically,” said Gasper Marusa.
“From sustainability to logistics, the conversations we had were insightful and inspiring. We’ve left the show with new ideas, promising connections, and a clear sense of where we can continue to add value as a trade partner.”

Let’s Connect
Events like PLMA reaffirm the importance of staying connected to both origin and market — and continuing to build trust across the supply chain. For KTC BV, it was a chance to listen, share, and deepen our commitment to reliable, flexible, and forward-thinking ingredient sourcing.
